A quick and easy dressing that packs in the protein and flavor!

Ingredients
1/4 cup - tahini
1 Tbsp - miso paste
1-2 Tbsp - maple syrup
1-2 lemons - the juice
1 Tbsp - tamari or soy sauce
1/4 cup - water
Equipment needed:
Mixing bowl + whisk, OR a blender
Directions
Combine all ingredients and whisk together or blend!
Add more water, maple syrup, or lemon juice to adjust flavor as you like.
Drizzle over salads or bowls!
Keeps 3-4 days in the fridge in a sealed container.
